What do I need to play?

Puck Arcade is being built for Meta Quest 3 and 3S, using a real hockey stick on a clear, well-lit floor. A black puck, Green Biscuit and red Franklin ball are currently tested on hardwood flooring. We’re looking for beta testers to help expand floor and equipment coverage and share diagnostic logs. Invitations will explain setup, calibration and how to share logs.

How much room do I need for Quest hockey?

We are planning around a clear 10 × 8 ft floor area, with room for your stick and puck. This is a design target; beta testing will establish supported sizes. Meta’s general roomscale guidance recommends 6.5 × 6.5 ft or larger, but your headset boundary is different from the floor the puck-tracking cameras can see. Calibration, head position and lighting determine the useful tracking area. Plan your playspace ↗.

Can the cameras see my whole passthrough view?

The tracking cameras see a smaller area than the passthrough view in your headset. Calibration finds the useful floor area, and floor-first layouts keep the action close to that space. Head position and puck visibility still matter.

What happens if the puck leaves the camera view?

The game uses secondary-camera checks and adaptive recovery when the puck is near the edge or tracking is lost. Keep play inside the calibrated area. Good lighting, clear floor space and visible contrast around the puck help tracking.

Is this actual gameplay footage?

The preview combines development gameplay previews with cinematic concept art. The game previews use synthetic input rather than measured physical tracking. Captured headset gameplay footage is coming soon.

Can I play with friends?

Multiplayer is planned for a future release. The beta application is for early access to the game as it develops; it does not promise multiplayer at launch.

What will Puck Arcade cost?

We’re planning a C$19.99 CAD introductory launch price and a C$39.99 CAD regular price, as a one-time purchase with no annual subscription. The game is coming soon; final pricing will be confirmed at launch.

How does it compare to Sense Arena?

Sense Arena is an available hockey training platform, including real-stick, real-puck stickhandling through DanglePro and broader training. Puck Arcade is a coming-soon alternative focused on real-puck stickhandling, repeatable drills and arcade variety, with Ice Rush leading the experience. We’re planning a one-time purchase, with a C$19.99 CAD intro price and C$39.99 CAD regular price. Our final launch features and pricing will be confirmed at launch; the two offerings have different scopes.
